Insulated Roller Shutter Door

Manufactured from galvanised steel this double-skinned insulated industrial roller shutter can be made up to suit openings ranging from 3-30 sq metres.
They can be manufactured with Plain Galvanised and PVC Coated Finishes.
The guide rails are manufactured from preformed galvanised steel sections with integrated anti-draft systems in place within the guide system. They can be painted to match the door curtain.
If required or requested we can provide a cowl/canopy over the roll and motor to protect it or just to give the polished look to the inside of the shed/workshop etc. This can be either have a Galvanised, PVC or Painted finish to match the door and/or guides.
The endplates for the safety brake and motor unit are manufactured from mild steel
plates of varying thickness and incorporate the necessary fixing positions for
securing back to the opening structure.
As standard the Insulated Industrial Roller Shutter is electrically operated. For safety we can supply a safety brake and use hold to run control as standard. Additional features such as photocells and bottom slat safety devices are available on request.
There are different controls available to suit your needs. These include the Standard Push Button, Keyswitch, Rocker Switch, Remote Control etc.

Manufactured from galvanised steel in a range of weights from 22-18gauge depending on requirements using 75mm curved laths which are endlocked into place we can make industrial roller shutters to suit openings ranging from 1-30 sq metres.
There are a range of finishes available ie. Plain Galvanised, PVC Coated, Powder Coated to RAL or BS, Visi-Screen and Perforated. This means there is a huge range of colours available to you.
The guide rails are manufactured from preformed galvanised steel sections and are also available in different widths, depths and weights to suit each individual door. There is also the option of a Windlock Guide System for particularily exposed sites and larger doors to resist against storm damage. The guides can be painted to match the door curtain finish on request.

One very prominent practical advantage to this door is its availability with a High Industrial Grade Track System allowing you to make the most of the height within the unit. These tracks can be manufactured to follow the pitch of the roof or even travel straight up depending on the unit layout. We can cater to most any requirements on head height with this system.
There is also the option of window panelling to give you the added advantage of natural light and visibility within the unit. These are available in single or multiple panels.
